Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Kartsetu, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since many of our products are handcrafted, spiritual, and fragile in nature, the following policy applies:

Replacement Policy

  • Customers must record a proper unboxing video while opening the package.
  • Without an unboxing video, no replacement or damage claim will be accepted.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
  • Order ID
  • Product images
  • Clear unboxing video proof



Refund Policy

  • Orders placed with partial payment or advance payment are non-refundable after cancellation.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Refunds will only be considered in cases where replacement is not possible.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color, texture, stone patterns, or handcrafted finishing are natural and not considered defects.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
  • Kartsetu reserves the right to reject fraudulent or invalid claims.
